Scope
These terms cover personal use of GATEPOP’s Bellport game and introduction website. Applicable store terms and mandatory consumer protections also apply.
Using the game
You may use the game for personal entertainment. Game coins, contracts and economic changes are fictional; they are not real financial products or investment advice. Do not redistribute the app or its artwork without permission, tamper with purchases, or misuse the service.
Purchases and refunds
Ad removal is optional and purchased once through the relevant store. Check the store’s displayed price before confirming. Purchases and restoration require internet access. Restoration uses the same account and platform; purchases do not transfer between iOS and Android. Request refunds through the relevant store under its rules and applicable law.
Your saves
Progress is saved on your device. Export and keep saves before deleting the app or moving devices. We cannot recover device-only data remotely. Ending a game or changing language does not create an online account.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Store or network interruptions may affect purchases, ads and external links. The operator remains responsible as required by applicable law.
